Senior React Engineer/Lead

• Strong technical understanding of the React Native and native mobile across iOS and Android architecture, performance and ongoing stability of mobile products.
• Coordinate with development teams and designers to develop web applications that run on numerous platforms.
• Using React Native, design and develop user interface components for JavaScript-based online and mobile apps.
• Build and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code.
• Mentoring and guiding engineering in the mobile team to best practices and working with them to educate.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve front-end performance.
• Write reusable, effective, as well as scalable JavaScript code and create interchangeable front-end modules.
• Understand clients’ needs to build apps in stipulated time/budget.
• Make use of additional JavaScript libraries such as Redux to make asynchronous API calls as well as improve the performance of the websites/mobile apps.

Senior Program/Project Manager

• This position requires at least five consecutive years of project management experience to include package implementation and support of complex business and technology projects.
• Some consulting project management experience and some direct people management experience is preferred.
• Must have sound business and technical acumen. Must understand the fundamental concepts of the modern day technical environment.
• Knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management Methodologies (PMI, Prince 2, etc) and SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, etc);
• Retail/Business background and a proven ability to inspire teamwork, earn trust, facilitate collaboration and remove barriers to ensure project delivery.
• Project Management best practices including communication, budget, cost, schedule, risk, change and quality management.
• Contract review and vendor negotiation is also required.
• This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. PMP Certification, Prince2 or equivalent Project Management certification required

Senior Business Analyst

• Six+ years experience as a Business System Analyst
• Agile & Waterfall Methodology
• Understanding of Business Requirement Document (BRD) & Functional Requirement Document (FRD)
• Understanding of constructing proper user stories & acceptance criteria
• Strong technical background
• Understanding data mapping
• Creating process flows, data flow diagrams, & swim lane diagrams
• Self-Starter, Detail Oriented
• Desirable: Understanding of JSON, application program interface (API), N-Tier API Infrastructure.
